The breakfast had a lot of good options to choose from. The room was nice and clean, had 2 comfy queen beds and a dresser for our stuff. The staff were super helpful and friendly. 👌 experience!

The location of the hotel was comfortable and close to parks. I enjoyed having a Dairy Queen nearby, offering quick meals. The comforts of a double room were fabulous, with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a personal safe. The bathroom had a tub for relaxing baths.

The place is fairly clean. The room is brand-new. The staff is highly courteous and incredibly friendly. I'm glad that getting a Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 queen beds, the amenities, plus the dresser was not a problem.

This place is in a great location next to food spots and stores, making it convenient for dining out and shopping; in addition, it's not too far from a Burger King where I had a nice meal a few times.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Beckley and had a pleasant experience. The staff at Howard Johnson was kind and checking in was easy. The housekeeper was very accommodating and answered all our questions before we left. I loved that we could simply leave the key card on the dresser, which made check-out hassle-free. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

Despite paying a high price for a two-night stay, the outdoor swimming pool and exercise room were closed. There were no breakfast options available, except for some cold cereals, juices, and yogurt.
